Frequently Asked Questions

  What time is check in/check out?

  Check in time is at 3:30pm the day your reservation begins. Check out time is 10:30am on the day following the last night of your reservation.


  When is the final payment due?

  It is due 2 weeks before check in. Rest easy, as we will contact you again by email when it is due.


  How do we make the final payment?

  If you want to use the same card we can process it for you. If you want to use a different one we take that over the phone.


  How do we get into the cabin?

  We use a code for the door to access the cabin. We send you the code once the payment has been made in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.

  Where is the community pool and is it open year round?

  The community pool that we offer passes for is the Pigeon Forge community pool, it is located off of light 2B in Pigeon Forge. It is a seasonal pool. It is open during the Summer months.


  Do we need to bring any linens?

  Sheets and towels are provided.


  What should we bring with us?

  We supply a starter supply of soaps and toilet paper. We recommend that you bring extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, trash bags charcoal for the grill etc.


  Do we allow any animals? Small dogs, cats etc?

  We do not allow any animals in our cabins, not even the small ones due to allergy reasons.

  Where are the cabins located?

  You can visit the map on "Our Cabins" page to see the approximate locations of our cabins.


  When do we get the address for our cabin?

  Upon final payment we will send you the address and directions by email but for planning purposes or general locations, you can view the map on "our cabins" page.


  Do we check in at an office? How do we access the cabin?

  You do not have to check in at an office. For access, upon final payment you will be emailed a code for the door to to the cabin.
